 Tom has been with the company since we started in 2019. His role focuses on evaluating every new vendor and identifying potential brands we want to work with. He is responsible for adapting to and recognizing market trends and demands to ensure strategic alignment. Tom works directly with our partner brands, and vendors providing detailed reports and maintaining close communication to foster strong, productive relationships.

Jaylen has been with the company since 2021. His role involves ensuring that all on-the-ground operations run smoothly and efficiently. As the overseer of all operational aspects, Jaylen is responsible for enhancing productivity, building systems and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensuring that the day-to-day activities align with the company’s goals and standards.
